The Real Hero Sonu Sood Graces “Thurum Khanlu” Pre-release Event as a Chief Guest

A night of cinematic splendor unfolded on August 31 at SVIT College, Secunderabad, as the grand pre-release event of “Thurum Khanlu” took center stage. Produced by the visionary directed by the promising Shiva Kalyan, this film promised to be a unique village revenge comedy, infused with the captivating Mahbubnagar slang. The event was made even more special with the presence of Bollywood luminary Sonu Sood, known as the “Real Hero,” who graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Joining Sonu Sood in the celebration were esteemed guests including Amberpet Shankar, Chikoti Praveen, Chinna Srisailam Yadav, and more, making it a star-studded evening. “Thurum Khanlu,” after meticulous dedication and tireless efforts, was all set to make its global debut on September 8.

Producer Bekkam Venugopal expressed his gratitude to Sonu Sood for his unwavering support, acknowledging the challenges of launching a short film in today’s competitive landscape. He recalled being bedridden with a fever while watching Sonu’s movie “Arundhathi” and now stood beside his childhood hero with a heart full of gratitude for Sonu’s presence as the chief guest of “Thurum Khanlu,” in which Sriram played the hero.
Sonu Sood, hailed as the “Real Thurum Khan of India,” humbly acknowledged the pivotal roles played by his father, his friend Bablu, and the film’s director, Shiva Kalyan, in shaping his life. He emphasized that a star-studded cast was not necessary to elicit laughter and entertainment, expressing his belief that “Thurum Khanlu” would captivate audiences for two and a half hours with its humor.
Director Shiva Kalyan unveiled the film’s intriguing premise, centered around three characters named Vishnu, Ishwara, and Brahma in the picturesque village of Tupakulagudem, drawing inspiration from the formidable Puranas. Producer Asif Jani was recognized for his unwavering dedication, without which this celebratory week would not be possible.
MD Asif Jani, the film’s producer, highlighted the need for the original Thurum Khan, Sonu Sood, to champion this cinematic gem. In a heartfelt gesture, he extended his gratitude to everyone present, with a special mention of Sonu Sood.
