One of India’s most well-liked stars overall is without a doubt Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The actor, who most recently appeared in the sci-fi thriller movie “Yashoda,” has been inundated with projects not only from the South Indian film industry but also from Bollywood. Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently revealed that she had been diagnosed with myositis, a rare condition. The actor made it clear that the condition poses no life-threatening risks to her health, but she also talked openly about how difficult it is for her to get out of bed in the morning because her muscles are deteriorating. The most recent reports state that Samantha Ruth Prabhu intends to put her health first while taking a break from acting projects.
However, the actor will continue to work on her upcoming movie, “Kushi.” Samantha is eager to finish filming Kushi, which also stars Vijay Deverakonda from “Liger” and is set for a 2023 release. This will be their first time acting together after a short co-acting in “Mahanati.”
In a lengthy post on Instagram, Samantha Ruth Prabhu revealed her diagnosis of myositis, writing, “A few months back, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called myositis.” I had hoped to post this after it entered remission. However, it’s taking a bit longer than I had anticipated.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu wrote in the caption of a photo of herself from the hospital: “I am slowly realizing that we don’t always need to put on a strong front.” I’m still having a hard time accepting this vulnerability. The medical professionals are optimistic that I will quickly recover fully.
I’ve experienced both good and bad days, both physically and emotionally, and even when it seems like I won’t be able to endure another day like this, the feeling eventually passes. It must only indicate that I am one day closer to recovery, I suppose. This too shall pass,” the actor concluded in his post.
