Producer A.M. Rathnam has announced that the upcoming film “Rules Ranjann,” starring Kiran Abbavaram and Neha Shetty in lead roles, is set to be a highly entertaining experience for Telugu audiences. The film, directed by Rathinam Krishna and produced by Divyang Lavania and Murali Krishnaa Vemuri under Star Light Entertainment Pvt Ltd, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 28.
