Dhamaka a feast for Ravi Teja’s fan but upsets audience over its storyline.

Introduction: As a result of “Khiladi” and “Ramarao On Duty” underperforming at the Telugu box office, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja had a bad year. Ravi Teja has released Dhamaka, a big-budget romantic action drama, for the third time this year. Trinadha Rao Nakkina, who previously directed the films “Cinema Choopista Mava” and “Nenu Local,” wrote and directed the film. The movie, which stars Ravi Teja and Sreeleela, was released worldwide on December 23.

Story: When Ravi Teja first appears, he is introduced as Swamy, a middle-class man who struggles at work and is stressed out by his sister’s upcoming nuptials. Then there is Anand Chakravarty, a businessman’s scion who wants to create 1,000 jobs in a month. Pranavi, a wealthy youngster with good looks and a good heart, arrives and finds difficulty in choosing between the two.

As time goes on, Pranavi develops feelings for Swamy and his family, while her father (Rao Ramesh) secretly arranges for her to meet Anand Chakravarty. Pranavi makes her decision in the meantime, and when her father doesn’t approve, he attempts to kill Swamy. The character of JP, played by Jayaram, sends his son to kill Anand Chakravarty in an attempt to take over his business. The following events will be displayed on a large screen: Who are Anand Chakravarty and Swamy? What kind of bond do they share? The main plot of Dhamaka, which is interspersed with some songs, elaborate fights, and a love track, is how the company is saved from the villains.

Watching songs on the screen is appealing. The action sequences in the film are engaging, and the elevations with an uplifting background score generally work.

Performances: What Ravi Teja is known for has been elegantly displayed on film. His acting is suitable and adequate. Despite the 33-year age difference between him and actress Sreeleela, they have convincing on-screen chemistry. It’s amazing to watch them dance to the songs “Jinthak” and “Dandakadiyal.” In the movie, Jayaram’s performance as JP is captivating. The work that Sachin Khedekar, Pavitra Lokesh, and Rao Ramesh did was adequate. During the first half, the song by Rao Ramesh and Hyper Aadi tries to make people laugh a little bit. Unfortunately, for an actor like Ali, there is a screen presence without dialogue. His only line in the movie is “safe.”

Technical Aspects: Bheems Cecerolio’s background music and score for the movie are enjoyable. When watching on a large screen, you can enjoy the fight scenes’ music the most. The cinematography by Karthik Ghattamaneni is respectable, and the images are new. Ravi Teja had a cool, dashing appearance. His fashion sense was apparent. The running time of the film and Prawin Pudi’s editing are both precise and up to par.
