Akshay Kumar reacts as Ram Charan dances to the selfie song Main Khiladi with choreographer Ganesh Acharya.

Ram Charan, who most recently appeared in SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster RRR, has joined the Main Khiladi trend on Instagram, joining Salman Khan, Tiger Shroff, and other well-known faces. The song, which features Emraan Hashmi and Akshay Kumar, has gained popularity online since it was published earlier this month.

The South Indian actor was spotted dancing to the “Selfie” song with the choreographer on February 14. Ganesh Acharya posted a video of the performance to Instagram with the message, “I am glad that You Enjoyed it!” @alwaysramcharan #mainkhiladituanari.”

Currently, in Visakhapatnam, Ram, and Ganesh are filming a song for the actor’s upcoming movie, which has the working title “RC 15.” The primary actress in the Shankar Shanmugham-directed film is Kiara Advani. Upasana Kamineni, the actor’s wife, even apologized to the newlywed bride on their behalf for being unable to attend her wedding to Sidharth Malhotra.

Returning to Main Khiladi, Tanishk Bagchi recreated the wildly successful song Main Khiladi Tu Anari from the 1994 action-comedy movie of the same name as the current chart-topper. The original upbeat song, which was written by Maya Govind, was composed by Anu Malik, and was sung by Abhijeet Bhattacharya and Udit Narayan. Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan danced to it.

In terms of Selfiee, the Raj Mehta film is the official Hindi translation of the Malayalam film Driving License. Selfie opens in theatres on February 24. In the remake, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu’s respective parts will be played by Akshay and Emraan. Lal Jr., also known as Jean-Paul Lal, directed the 2019 film.
